RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AMEND RESOLUTION 352-25 CITED TERM DATES
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 352-25, adopted by the Sullivan County Legislature on August 21, 2025, authorized the implementation of an on-premises ShareFile system in accordance with the ShareFile End User Agreement to provide secure external file sharing of PII, PHI, and other sensitive or confidential information, with an original term beginning August 31, 2025 and ending August 30, 2028; and
WHEREAS, following Audit review and further, a delay in vendor review and acceptance of the County’s Corporate Compliance language, the implementation start date was delayed, requiring amendment of the originally cited contract term dates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby amends resolution 352-25 and the 3-year term dates originally cited are amended from a beginning of August 31, 2025 and ending of August 30, 2028 TO a term date range beginning November 14, 2025 and ending November 13, 2028.
