RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE AWARD & EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH THE BONADIO GROUP.
WHEREAS, a Request for Proposal was issued for Corporate Compliance Consultant Services, and
WHEREAS, a proposal was received from The Bonadio Group ("Bonadio"), 171 Sully's Trail, Pittsford, NY 14534, to provide said services from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2027, with an option to extend on a yearly basis, for three (3) additional years, under the same terms and conditions, and
WHEREAS, Bonadio is a group of accounting, business advisory, and personal financial services entities, including Bonadio & Co., LLP, a nationally-ranked Top 100 CPA firm, serving organizations that desire the highest quality professional, personalized services; and
WHEREAS, Bonadio has a team of experienced, credentialed, and professional compliance personnel with extensive knowledge and expertise in providing Compliance Consulting Services; and
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Legislature and the County Manager's Office has approved said proposal and recommends that a contract be executed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute a contract with The Bonadio Group at an annual cost not to exceed $41,600 and in accordance with the RFP # R-25-06, to provide said services from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2027, with an option to extend on a yearly basis, for three (3) additional years, under the same terms and conditions, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, said contract to be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve.
