If 'No,' specify proposed source of funds: Unbudgeted solution replacement. The amount of $68,336.00 (above) was included in the FY 2026 ITS budget and originally allocated for renewal of the existing Quicdoc solution. The remaining balance of $33,664.00 represents the additional funding required for the replacement electronic health record solution, ProsperityEHR, subject to identification and approval.
Specify Compliance with Procurement Procedures: The parent company of both the existing and replacement electronic health record solutions submitted a quotation for the replacement of the County's decommissioned system with its current offering.
RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY NADIA RAJSZ, CHAIR OF THE SULLIVAN COUNTY LEGISLATURE TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS AND AUTHORIZE ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THERAMANAGER, LLC D/B/A PROSPERITYEHR FOR THEIR CLOUD HOSTED ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD (EHR) SOLUTION
WHEREAS, since 2012, the Sullivan County Department of Community Services (SCDCS) has utilized TheraManager's (Quicdoc) EHR as its electronic health record system; and
WHEREAS, Quicdoc is being decommissioned/phased out and is no longer supported, patched, upgraded, nor will adequately support current operational requirements; and
WHEREAS, SCDCS requires a secure, reliable, and compliant electronic health record system to support provided clinical services; and
