RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A MODIFICATION AGREEMENT WITH SENECA PAVEMENT MARKING, INC., DBA SPM, INC., FOR ADDITIONAL PAVEMENT MARKING INSTALLATION SERVICES FOR 2026 PAVEMENT MARKING INSTALLATION ON VARIOUS COUNTY ROADS ("PROJECT").
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 98-26, adopted March 19th, 2026, authorized the County Manager to enter into an agreement with Seneca Pavement Marking, Inc., dba SPM, Inc., ("Agreement") to provide pavement marking installation services for the 2026 Pavement Marking Installation Project; and
WHEREAS, subsequent field evaluations have identified additional segments of County Roads that require upgraded pavement markings to enhance roadway safety and improve traffic guidance; and
WHEREAS, the additional pavement marking installation services are within the scope of the original Agreement and can be completed using previously allocated funding; and
WHEREAS, the Division of Public Works has reviewed the proposed additional work and recommends execution of a Modification Agreement to complete these services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute a Modification Agreement with, Seneca Pavement Marking, Inc., dba SPM, Inc., for additional pavement marking installation servic...
