RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND GOSHEN SPEECH AND HEARING CENTER FOR PRESCHOOL RELATED SERVICES
WHEREAS, Sullivan County provides mandated Early Intervention and Developmental Preschool Educational Services to eligible children within Sullivan County and is mandated to pay for such services at State-approved rates; and
WHEREAS, Sullivan County needs to authorize contract renewal with Goshen Speech and Hearing Center for the period beginning May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2029 at State-approved rates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Sullivan County Legislature does hereby authorize the County Manager to execute an agreement between Department of Public Health and Goshen Speech and Hearing Center for the period of May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2029 in such form that the County Attorney will approve.
