RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO ABOLISH AND CREATE POSITIONS AT THE ADULT CARE CENTER
WHEREAS, the Office of Management and Budget has demonstrated a need to create and abolish certain positions to enhance the fiscal accountability and performance at the Adult Care Center; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Management and Budget recommends, after discussion with the Administrator of the Adult Care Center and the County Manager, that two (2) positions be abolished and one (1) positions be created; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby authorizes the abolishment and creation of the following positions:
Abolish
Position 2154 Domestic Aide (Adult Care Center)
Position 3314 Medical Coding and Billing Specialist (Adult Care Center)
Create
Principal Account Clerk (Adult Care Center)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the salaries will be set in accordance with the Teamster Salary Schedule; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the created position above has authority to be filled immediately.
