RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY GOVERNMENT SERVICES COMMITTEE TO MODIFY RESOLUTION NO. 113-25
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 113-25 authorized the County Manager to sign any engagement letter or agreement that is required for investigation services through the Corporate Compliance Program;
WHEREAS, there is need to modify the original resolution to include all investigations that the County must address, and not be limited to the Corporate Compliance Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute any and all engagement letters and agreements for investigation services to address complaints that are received. Resolution No. 113-25 is hereby modified as per the above and all other provisions of Resolution No. 113-25 shall remain unchanged, all engagement letters and agreements shall be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve.
