RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE A 5-YEAR AGREEMENT WITH PATAGONIA HEALTH, INC. FOR THEIR CLOUD-BASED ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD (EHR) TO BE UTILIZED BY PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES
WHEREAS, Sullivan County Public Health Services operates an Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment Clinic and requires an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to support clinical operations, regulatory reporting, patient documentation, and program management; and
WHEREAS, the County issued Request for Proposals #R-26-04 seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) System Solution for the Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment Clinic; and
WHEREAS, proposals were received, reviewed, and evaluated based on responsiveness, functionality, implementation approach, and overall cost, and the proposal submitted by Patagonia Health, Inc. was determined to be the most advantageous to the County; and
WHEREAS, the proposal submitted by Patagonia Health, Inc. provides a cloud-based Electronic Health Record platform designed to support public health and clinical operations and includes implementation, training, and ongoing system support.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby authorizes the County Manager to enter into a 5-year agreement with Patagonia Health, Inc. for the provision of an Electronic Heal...
