RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE RATIFYING A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SULLIVAN AND THE TEAMSTERS LOCAL 445, INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS MAIN UNIT ADDRESSING SENIORITY FOR EMPLOYEES AT THE EMERGENCY 911 CENTER
WHEREAS, there exists a collective bargaining agreement between the County of Sullivan (“County”) and the Teamsters Local 445, International brotherhood of Teamsters Main Unit (“Teamsters Main Unit”), and;
WHEREAS, the “County” and the “Teamsters Main Unit” have reached an agreement in relation to seniority for employees at the Emergency 911 Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the County Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Memorandum of Agreement (“Attachment A”) with the “Teamsters Main Unit” addressing seniority for employees at the Emergency 911 Center.
