RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE AGREEMENT LETTERS AND AUTHORIZATION FORMS FOR RENTAL AGENCIES
WHEREAS, there are times when County departments need to utilize rental agencies for travel purposes, and
WHEREAS, rental agencies many times require various documents signed by the County in order to utilize the rental agency services; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the County Manager is hereby authorized to sign any and all rental agreements, forms and contracts as needed to utilize the rental service; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all documents required for signature shall be in such form as approved by the County Attorney.
