To rescind Resolution #31-26, appropriate funds, and authorize a new 5-year agreement with Cantata Health Solutions for an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system solution and Clearinghouse Services for the Sullivan County Department of Community Services.

The remaining balance of $55,084.00 represents the additional funding required in year 1 for the replacement electronic health record solution from Cantata Health Solutions, subject to identification and approval.
