RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY NADIA RAJSZ, CHAIR OF THE LEGISLATURE TO REAPPOINT TWO MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF ETHICS
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Board of Ethics has two members who have expired, one being listed below and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 102 of Local Law Number 3 of 2013, the County Manager appointed Joanne McPhillips in 2021 to the Sullivan County Board of Ethics, and

WHEREAS, the reappointment to the Sullivan County Board of Ethics, by the County Manager, require confirmation by the County Legislature.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the appointment listed above is hereby confirmed as set forth in Section 102 of Local Law Number 3 of 2013 and her term will expire on December 31, 2026.
