TO MODIFY RESOLUTION 103-18 AND RESOLUTION 383-23 TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY TREASURER IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE COUNTY MANAGER TO MAKE NECESSARY CHANGES TO THESE FUND BALANCES

Specify Compliance with Procurement Procedures:
WHEREAS, resolution 103-18 was passed by the Sullivan County Legislature to create and fund an Assigned Fund Balance for Planning Programs, and
WHEREAS, resolution 383-23 was passed by the Sullivan County Legislature to create and fund an Assigned Fund Balance - O&W Rail Trails, and
WHEREAS, there is a need to make changes to these fund balances when projects are unable to be completed within the normal time period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature authorizes the County Treasurer in conjunction with the County Manager to make the necessary changes to these fund balances as needed if projects are unable to be completed within the normal time period.
