RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE SULLIVAN COUNTY LEGISLATURE TO APPOINT THE CLERK TO THE LEGISLATURE
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 2.05 of the Charter, on January first of the even numbered year next following the election of a County Legislature, or as soon thereafter as practicable, the Legislature shall appoint a Clerk who shall serve at the pleasure of the Legislature and until a successor is appointed and has qualified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that AnnMarie Martin be and she hereby is appointed to the position of Clerk to the County Legislature.
