RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 311-26 TO CHANGE A POSITION # FROM # 0849 TO # 0747
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 311-26 was adopted by the Sullivan County Legislature on September 17, 2026, and
WHEREAS, a position # in the resolution needs to be corrected, and
WHEREAS in the eleventh WHEREAS paragraph in Resolution No. 311-26, Position #0849 needs to be deleted and replaced with Position #0747.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution #311-26 is hereby amended to reflect Position #0849 is deleted and replaced with Position #0747.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the remainder of Resolution No.311-26 remains the same and unchanged.
