RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO AMEND RESOLUTION NUMBER 458-24 AND AUTHORIZE A MODIFICATION AGREEMENT WITH DECKARD TECHNOLOGIES, INC.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 458-24, and Request for Proposal #R-24-27, the County entered into a contract with Deckard Technologies, Inc. for Short-Term Rental Compliance Services including property identification, compliance monitoring and rental activity reporting within the County of Sullivan; and

WHEREAS, in accordance with the RFP specifications, the county reserves the right to add any additional services related to or as a result of the services provided in the scope, at a negotiated rate; and

WHEREAS, the Treasurer’s Office has determined that additional services are required to be performed by the awarded vendor (see attached Sheet).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the County Manager is hereby authorized to execute a modification agreement with Deckard Technologies, Inc., to add these additional services at the negotiated amount of $23,000/per year.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Resolution No. 458-24 is hereby modified as per the above and all other provisions of Resolution No. 458-24 shall remain unchanged, said agreement to be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve.
