RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE MANAGEMENT & BUDGET COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE A NEW THREE-YEAR AGREEMENT WITH OPENGOV, INC. (FORMERLY CARTEGRAPH)

WHEREAS, the Division of Public Works (DPW), for 15+ years, has utilized OpenGov’s (formerly Cartegraph) ‘Asset Management Software’ (AMS) for County road sign inventory and maintenance; and
WHEREAS, the County and DPW is satisfied with the solution and wishes to continue to utilize the AMS product for an additional three years; and
WHEREAS, since acquiring Cartegraph in 2022, OpenGov, Inc. now requires an agreement be in place vs. the previous renewal quote and purchase order process.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the County Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a new three-year agreement with OpenGov, Inc., PO Box 41340, San Jose, CA 95160, for an amount not to exceed $17,882.12, subject to annual budget appropriation, as follows:
