Specify Compliance with Procurement Procedures:
WHEREAS, Sullivan County provides mandated Early Intervention and Developmental Preschool Educational Services to eligible children from Sullivan County and is mandated to pay for such services as State-approved rates, and
WHEREAS, Resolution # 60-22 authorized contracts with authorized New York State Education Department Pre-school Service Providers for the period beginning July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025 at State-approved rates, including the contract for Leah Padawer; and
WHEREAS, Leah Padawer has since incorporated and her new business name is OHR Ganuz, Inc.; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager be and is hereby authorized to execute a modified agreement to change the business name from Leah Padawer to OHR Ganuz, Inc. for the period beginning July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025 at NYS approved rates, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the form of such contracts be approved by the Sullivan County Department of Law
