RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY MANAGEMENT & BUDGET, CAPITAL PLANNING & BUDGETING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the County of Sullivan Human Resources Department (HR) manages employee hiring, training, onboarding, and record keeping in numerous disparate systems; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness, to consolidate these disparities under one unified platform; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Human Resources and Information Technology Services have reviewed and vetted several alternatives and agree NEOGOV’s platform best meets HR’s needs for better, more centralized staff record management and workforce enhancement; and
WHEREAS, although a Purchase Order (PO) has already been issued per an order form submitted by NEOGOV in accordance with New York State Office of General Services PM69842, AWARD 22802, GROUP 73600, NEOGOV requires a signature on their “Order Form” agreeing to their ‘Terms and Conditions’ and ‘Services Agreement.’
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, that the County Manager is authorized to enter into and sign the NEOGOV “Exhibit A Order Form Quote Number: #Q-15267” for a period covering November 1, 2024 thru December 31, 2028 in annual PO generated installments as follows:
Year 1 (prorated) $27,538.46
Year 2 $54,834.24
Year 3 $73,112.32
Year 4 $96,215.67
Year 5 $102,005.99; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said ‘Terms and Conditions’ and ‘Services Agreement’ to be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve.
