This resolution authorizes the acquisition and implementation of Tyler Technologies’ New World ERP eSuite Base and eEmployee modules. eSuite Base provides the web-based platform for secure financial self-service capabilities, while eEmployee provides County employees with secure online access to payroll and human resources information, including pay history, leave and accrual information, and other employee services.

RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SALES QUOTATION WITH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES FOR NEW WORLD ERP eSUITE AND eEMPLOYEE SOFTWARE
WHEREAS, the County of Sullivan currently utilizes Tyler Technologies’ New World ERP software for various financial, payroll and human resources functions; and
WHEREAS, the County desires to expand its existing New World ERP environment through the acquisition of eSuite Base and eEmployee; and
WHEREAS, eSuite Base provides the web-based platform for secure financial self-service capabilities and access to financial information and services; and
WHEREAS, eEmployee provides employees with secure, web-based self-service access to payroll and human resources information, including pay history, leave and accrual information, and other employee information and services; and
WHEREAS, Tyler Technologies has provided Sales Quotation No. 2026-613908-P3K0P1 for software licensing and related implementation services in the one-time amount of $50,155.00, with annual maintenance fees of $8,712.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Manager is hereby authorized to execute Sales Quotation No. 2026-613908-P3K0P1 with Tyler Technologies for New World ERP eSuite Base and eEmployee software and related services, in the one-time amount of $50,155.00, with annual maintenance fees of $8,712.00, in such form as the County Attorney shall approve; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said agreement shall be in such form as the County Attorney shall approve
