RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY BRIAN MCPHILLIPS, CHAIR OF THE MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET COMMITTEE TO AMEND RESOLUTION 335-26 TO REFLECT A CORRECTED POSITION NUMBER AND SALARY GRADE FOR THE PRIINCIPAL BUDGET ANALYST POSITION AND TO REFLECT THE CORRECT SALARY GRADE FOR THE DIRECTOR OF HEALTH FINANCE POSITION
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Legislature adopted Resolution 335-26 on September 17, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Senior Budget Analyst position number to be reclassified was incorrect; and
WHEREAS, the correct position number to be reclassified is 3461, to a Principal Budget Analyst, Grade 7 on the Management Salary Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the grades indicated for the Director of Management and Budget and the Director of Health Finance were incorrect; and
WHEREAS, the correct change should be to abolish the Director of Management and Budget, Grade 8 on the Management Salary Schedule and create a Director of Health Finance, Grade 9 on the Management Salary Schedule; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sullivan County Legislature hereby amends Resolution 335-26 to reflect the Principal Budget Analyst, Position #3461 shall be a Grade 7 on the Management Salary Schedule and the Director of Health Finance shall be a Grade 9 on the Management Salary Schedule.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the remainder of Resolution 335-26 remains unchanged.
