RESOLUTION INTRODUCED BY CATHERINE SCOTT CHAIR OF THE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE TO AUTHORIZE A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE 2024-2029 CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES PLAN
WHEREAS, the Sullivan County Department of Social Services is preparing the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) 2024-2029 Child and Family Service Plan (CFSP); and
WHEREAS, State guidelines require that a public hearing be held concerning this plan so that all interested parties can be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that one public hearing is scheduled as follows, and that a notice of said public hearing to be published in the official newspaper of the County:
