Good morning. I’ll make this short. I was glad to see in the Public Health Monthly report that they have applied for a grant to offer postpartum moms home visiting services, but I have to say that if the grant was written with the same competency as this report, they have no chance of anybody taking them seriously. Have you looked at this report, anybody? It’s in your agenda packet on page 3 and runs for some 35 pages. If I had tried to submit a report that looked like that, any of the three Directors I worked under would never have submitted it. Who is overseeing this? It’s a total embarrassment for the Public Health DepaAnd then, there’s that crazy resolution again, which you approved last month, this third time with highlighting. It’s unreadable. It’s like a trip down the hole with the white rabbit. How long are you going to turn a blind eye to this? Fix it.
