Title: To extend the authorization of double time for Deputy Sheriff’s who work at the Jail. The County Manager has evaluated the overtime hours and sick leave (call-outs) and has come to the determination that it has significantly reduced the need to mandate staff and the sick leave and recommends the extension of this program through December 31, 2022. New Correction Officers are slated to start in November and will be trained which will assist with the need for overtime going forward.
